Custom operations software

Software built around how your business actually runs.

We build custom dashboards, reporting, and operational tools for businesses that have outgrown spreadsheets but don’t fit the off-the-shelf software they keep being sold.

The problem

01

You’re rebuilding the same reports every month.

Pulling numbers from QuickBooks, formatting them in Excel, emailing PDFs to owners and partners. It works, but it costs you days you don’t have.

02

Your software doesn’t talk to itself.

Job data lives in one system. Financial data in another. Customers in a third. Reconciling them takes a person, and that person is you.

03

You can see the past clearly, but not the present.

By the time the monthly close is done, the month is over. You’re making decisions on data that’s already stale.

What we build

Every engagement is different, but the work tends to fall into four categories:

01 / Dashboards

Custom dashboards. Live financial and operational visibility, pulled from the systems you already use and formatted the way your team actually needs to see it.

02 / Reporting

Automated reporting. The reports you currently rebuild every month, generated automatically and delivered to the right people on the right schedule. PDF, Excel, or live dashboard, whatever your stakeholders need.

03 / Integrations

System integrations. Connecting the tools you already use, including accounting software, project management, CRMs, and custom databases, so the data flows instead of being manually copied.

04 / Automation

Process automation. Approvals, notifications, reminders, and workflows that currently live in someone’s head, turned into systems that run on their own.

How we work

01Week 1

Discovery

A 60-minute conversation about how your business actually operates. What reports you build, what decisions you make from them, what falls through the cracks. We come out of this with a written scope.

02Weeks 2–6

Build

We build the first version. You see progress weekly, not a black box that disappears for a month. Most engagements ship a working dashboard within three weeks.

03Week 6+

Launch

We deploy to your team, train the people who’ll use it, and iterate based on what they actually need once it’s in their hands. Real software gets better after it ships.

04Ongoing

Maintain

We keep it running. Hosting, security, updates, and small improvements are covered under maintenance. Bigger changes are scoped separately.

Pricing

Build

Builds start at $5,000.

Every engagement starts with a scoped, fixed-price proposal. No hourly billing, no surprises.

Maintenance

Ongoing maintenance starts at $200/month and covers hosting, security, and minor updates.

Larger ongoing work is scoped as needed.

How it looks in practice

In most construction firms the monthly routine is the same: 2–3 days rebuilding financial reports by hand. An accountant pulls numbers from QuickBooks, formats them in Excel, allocates overhead across jobs manually, and emails PDFs to ownership.

We build a live dashboard that does it automatically. Daily sync from QuickBooks, job-level P&L with overhead allocated down to each project, AR aging with risk flags on overdue accounts, and a 60-day cash flow forecast that stress-tests against late payments.

Let’s talk about your business.

Ten minutes. We ask questions about how your operation runs and where it gets stuck. No demo, no pitch deck, no pressure. If there’s a fit, we’ll send you a scoped proposal within a week.
